Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll work behind the scenes to empower our sales team with the insights, tools and structure needed to close more deals and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit CRM data for accuracy and efficiency
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and forecasts for sales leadership
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and suggest improvements
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive tracking
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing and tech teams

What You Bring and Gain

  • 1–3 years in sales operations, data analytics or revenue roles
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Analytical thinker with process-oriented mindset
  • Pathway into Revenue Operations, FP&A or Sales Strategy roles

Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,500.00 per month
