Job Title
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll work behind the scenes to empower our sales team with the insights, tools and structure needed to close more deals and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit CRM data for accuracy and efficiency
- Generate reports, dashboards, and forecasts for sales leadership
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and suggest improvements
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive tracking
- Collaborate with finance, marketing and tech teams
What You Bring and Gain
- 1–3 years in sales operations, data analytics or revenue roles
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Analytical thinker with process-oriented mindset
- Pathway into Revenue Operations, FP&A or Sales Strategy roles
