As the Senior Manager – Go To Market, you will lead the strategic go-to-market motions that accelerate awareness, adoption, and commercial success of Inception’s AI portfolio. This is a high-impact role that requires strong commercial instinct, deep cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale programs in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM leadership, growth programs, product marketing, sales strategy, or related functions
• Experience in finance, investments, or other corporate strategic functions is highly desirable
• Prior exposure to startups, scale-ups, or entrepreneurial environments
• Proven track record in demand generation, sales play creation, or GTM execution for technology or AI-driven products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• Based in the UAE
