The Senior Performance Marketing Manager helps fuel Guardian Alarm’s growth by delivering qualified leads, opportunities and revenue through data-driven channel investment and optimization across performance channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and online video.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, display, online video and retargeting
- Experience managing paid media budgets, campaign optimization and performance reporting
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, lead flow and conversion rate optimization
- Experience conducting tests across messaging, creative, audiences and landing pages
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for identifying trends and turning insights into recommendations to improve performance
- Ability to develop dashboards and insights around leads, opportunities, cost per opportunity and ROAS
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work across multiple campaigns, brands and markets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, gaps and opportunities quickly
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience managing multi-location or regional marketing programs a plus
