Gadge USA is recruiting for a temporary Customer Experience Accounts Specialist to support the CX Accounts team and work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and success. The role is a short-term assignment running from now through August.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite
