Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to help drive GAIL’s growth through high-impact partnerships, campaigns, and outbound strategies. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, growth, and business development—owning the strategy and execution for how we bring GAIL to market, build brand awareness, and generate pipeline.
You’ll identify and close distribution partnerships, run social and content campaigns, develop market insights, and work across teams to drive adoption and customer engagement. If you’re scrappy, resourceful, and love taking new products to market, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Gail’s customer acquisition efforts across organic, paid, and partnership channels.
- Identify, test, and scale high-performing acquisition channels (e.g., SEO, social, email, influencer, partner, paid media).
- Track and improve the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion—to drive qualified leads and reduce CAC. Monitor performance marketing efforts and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify, pitch, and close distribution or strategic partnerships that expand GAIL’s reach and unlock new channels. Manage outbound outreach and partnership pipeline.
- Create and manage organic content campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Build and execute campaigns to grow inbound demand, newsletter subscribers, and signups. Support the creation of product marketing assets, blog posts, and case studies.
- Own email marketing, customer newsletters, and product update communications.
- Work with customer success and sales to communicate product changes, wins, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to align GTM strategy with product launches and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in go-to-market, marketing, partnerships, or growth roles—preferably in a Fintech and/or B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of key acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates) and how to optimize them
- Demonstrated success building and executing marketing or BD campaigns from the ground up
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy and action
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills—especially across social, email, and web content
- Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot), email tools, and social media platforms
- Creative, scrappy, and results-oriented—excited to test and iterate quickly
