Head of Marketing

Galvanick is seeking a Head of Marketing to build the marketing function from the ground up and own everything from brand strategy and market awareness to lead generation and sales enablement. The role requires 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record building marketing from scratch at Series A/B companies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record building marketing from scratch at Series A/B companies
  • Experience marketing complex technical products to enterprise buyers
  • Generated pipeline for products with $100K+ ACVs and understand long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Brand builder, not just a demand gen operator
  • Demonstrated success operating as a small team with limited resources
  • Technically fluent enough to understand and communicate our value proposition
  • Data-driven with strong systems thinking
  • AI-native in your marketing practice
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

  • Base pay for this position ranges from $140,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,000/year in our highest geographic market
