Manager, Change Management (Product Operations)

Gartner is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Product Operations to serve as the primary administrator and technical lead for their Pendo platform. The successful candidate will translate high-level strategy into functional workflows, guides, and data insights, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical setup.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Technology
• Power-User Status: Deep, hands-on experience with Pendo (or a similar DAP like WalkMe) is preferred
• Technical Literacy: Comfort working with IT teams; ability to speak their language regarding CSS selectors, HTML, and data integrations
• Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of Salesforce and the typical lifecycle of a Sales/Service professional
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to find the ‘why’ behind user behavior and can translate those findings into clear reports
• Operational Rigor: You are someone who loves a clean workflow and a well-documented process
• Bachelor’s degree required
