Gates is seeking an Account Sales Manager to develop, secure, manage, and grow market share of products/product lines at key OEM customers. As an innovation leader, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, growing, and managing sales & profitability expectations, managing multimillion dollar account assignments, and developing strong relationships and contacts at assigned accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience selling and negotiating directly with major OE manufacturers
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering preferred
- Powertrain, Power Transmission, or Fluid Power background preferred
- Strong selling, marketing, and negotiating skills with large Agriculture, Construction, and Industrial OEM customers
