Your KPIs:

The Day-to-Day:
- HubSpot CRM Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the setup, customization, and optimization of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub based on client needs.
- Build workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations to enhance marketing and sales efficiency.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
- Own the implementations of Geekly Media’s PMOS solution
- Client Strategy & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Onboard new clients by understanding their goals, defining KPIs, and outlining strategic HubSpot implementations.
- Work closely with account managers to guide projects after onboarding and ensure ongoing optimization.
- Conduct regular account reviews, analyze data, and adjust deliverables to align with client objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams to map HubSpot to client business processes and ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales, and service.
- Work with content, design, and development teams to build and execute campaigns within HubSpot (email, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and workflows).
- Train and support internal teams and clients on best practices for HubSpot usage.
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution
- Advise clients on and work with them to create sales operations processes and sales enablement content creation.
- Monitor and optimize HubSpot-based campaigns using A/B testing, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards.
- Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all HubSpot builds and campaigns align with business goals and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot’s latest features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve implementation strategies.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of HubSpot CRM experience required (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub preferred).
- 3+ years of client management experience required.
- Hands-on experience building workflows, dashboards, and automation in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, CRM best practices, and data management.
- Experience with email marketing, reporting, segmentation, and sales enablement within HubSpot.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing tactics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing campaigns based on data.
