This role involves designing, training, and deploying machine learning models to identify growth signals, optimize marketing channels, and improve customer acquisition costs. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative individual contributor who can work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience (7+ years with PhD)
- 5+ years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade ML models
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant modeling libraries
- Familiarity with data processing and model lifecycle tools
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills
