Role Overview
The Technical Sales Manager will promote and sell Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS) products and services internationally. This role demands a deep grasp of the technology and the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include being a subject matter expert to the Business Development team, collaborating with customers and partners, and delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in B2B technical sales or solutions engineering
- Strong grasp of Defense industry technologies (AI/ML, cybersecurity, networking, cloud)
- Solution selling methodology
- Negotiation and contract management experience
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
- High emotional intelligence
- Self-Starter with strong time management and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
