Role Overview

The Technical Sales Manager will promote and sell Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS) products and services internationally. This role demands a deep grasp of the technology and the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include being a subject matter expert to the Business Development team, collaborating with customers and partners, and delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in B2B technical sales or solutions engineering
  • Strong grasp of Defense industry technologies (AI/ML, cybersecurity, networking, cloud)
  • Solution selling methodology
  • Negotiation and contract management experience
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Self-Starter with strong time management and ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally
