People Operations Analyst

The People Operations Analyst will execute and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, manage employee documentation, and contribute to process standardization and digitalization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Services / Shared Services, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of local labor and social security regulations for Argentina.
• Demonstrated ability to apply commercial acumen in HR, understanding the business impact of operational decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences.
• Proven learning agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‐driven recommendations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
