Senior Financial Analyst, GM Energy

General Motors LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the GM Energy team to provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support the growth and profitability of GM Energy’s initiatives.

Requirements

• Assess and evaluate financial performance of GM Energy with regard to pricing and incentive goals, budgets and forecasts
• Present incentive scenarios at the monthly Pricing and Incentive Approval (PIA) meeting with senior leadership
• Obtain strategic alignment on GM Energy’s go-to-market strategies while achieving profitability targets
• Support creation of long-term financial objectives that align with the business partner’s plan for growth and expansion
• Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, and forecast vs. budget
• Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners, especially Sales teams
• Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to crafting a positive Workplace of Choice culture
• Provide understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relates to operational strategy / Enterprise goals
• Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
