The Director of Digital Marketing Technology will lead and support key digital marketing technology platforms that power Journeys’ customer engagement efforts, focusing on managing systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marigold’s loyalty platform.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in information technology, marketing technology, or a related field.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience with project management across multiple teams and platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM, loyalty, CDPs, and digital marketing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required; experience with Marigold Loyalty and Stirista is a plus.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and project plans.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
