As the AppFoundry Marketing Manager, you will lead our efforts in supporting technology partners and ensuring their success on Genesys’ enterprise marketplace, AppFoundry. You will oversee strategic marketing campaigns, manage leads, and foster strong relationships with AppFoundry stakeholders, while also providing guidance to other regions and partners
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with AppFoundry partners to achieve their objectives.
- Lead the collection and coordination of campaign assets, ensuring execution with strategic precision and timeliness.
- Conduct regular strategic reviews to optimize marketing activities and maximize partner success.
- Host and lead weekly webinars, providing guidance to team members and ensuring engaging and informative presentations.
- Utilize marketing analytics to assess the ROI of AppFoundry marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
Communications & Content Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and Genesys’ branding.
- Provide guidance on crafting polished, consistent copy that resonates with our target audience and reflects Genesys’ tone and mission.
- Lead the development of eye-catching banners and graphics that adhere to branding standards and showcase innovative creativity.
- Manage the digital content library and news center, ensuring information is structured and easily accessible to appropriate audiences.
Lead Management and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain best practices for lead management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up on all AppFoundry leads.
- Manage the app listing request process, collaborating with account owners to ensure lead follow-up and journey management until deal closure.
- Provide regular reporting on lead status, campaign performance, and overall partner success to internal stakeholders.
Leadership & Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology partnership management and sales, to drive alignment and ensure partner success.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex partner issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
Qualifications:
- Eight or more years of experience in a marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and Zoom.
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Projects professionalism, energy, and confidence in all interactions.
- Articulate, quick learner, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and integrity.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$90,600.00 – $177,800.00
