Partner Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead our efforts to support partners that market their solutions with Genesys. You will design and oversee marketing enablement and demand-generation programs for partners globally. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of partner campaign strategies and the capability to oversee the marketing platform (PMC – Partner Marketing Central) facilitating campaign execution. The growth and quality of partner-sourced leads and opportunities gauge success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Partner marketing enablement
- Create a programmatic and scalable enablement program that would:
- Enable partners to use the PMC platform
- Keep partners up-to-date on available marketing opportunities and how to participate
- Motivate the partners to leverage available marketing tools and campaigns in PMC
- Develop marketing journeys for different levels of membership of the Genesys Ascend Program.
- Align marketing activities that support the partner’s KPI goals and specialization
- Understand the changing and differing needs of various partner types and reflect them in our program offerings.
Partner pipeline growth
- Motivate the partners to generate demand using available content, tools and campaigns in PMC
- Facilitate the execution of digital marketing campaigns by partners, including but not limited to awareness, lead acquisition, engagement, and nurture campaigns.
- Take initiative to work with partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure actions are completed on time. Tactics may include email, social media, webinars, content syndication, etc.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex partner issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
Results management & analysis
- Utilize marketing analytics to assess the impact and ROI of PMC programs and provide insights for improvement.
- Provide regular reporting on partner adoption, demand generation growth, campaign performance, and overall partner success to internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5 – 8 years of experience in high-tech marketing campaign management and execution; Previous experience supporting channel partners or partner programs is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of channel routes to market and channel enablement.
- Prior success deploying demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs with channel partners on time and budget
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and/or partner marketing platforms
- Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills. Prior experience with project management/collaboration tools like Asana, Microsoft Teams is desired.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented team player

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$70,200.00 – $137,800.00
