Revenue Operations Manager, Analytics

The Revenue Operations Manager is a member of the broader Revenue Intelligence team and will act as a business partner to sales leaders throughout the organization. This role functions as the key operational point of contact in region.

Key Responsibilities, (including but not limited to):

Business Analytics:

  • Track and analyze key metrics – forecast, bookings, conversion, forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity and capacity.
  • Participate in weekly sales forecast calls and adhoc reporting for sales management.
  • Act as single point of escalation for regional sales teams to manage forecasts, process issues, reporting queries, booking issues, global support requests, etc.
  • Manage regional reporting requirements including but not limited to;
  • Work to remove duplication of effort and ensure we are leveraging centrally produced dashboards and reports where possible.
  • Work with leaders to ensure regional reporting requirements are captured and included in global reporting initiatives.
  • Support Sr Director of Revenue Intelligence in collating reports, building models, analyzing data, and preparing presentations for senior leadership.
  • Provide insights into effectiveness of specific programs and opportunities and report progress against budget and forecast.

 Revenue Operations Excellence:

  • Primary business partner for Regional VP of Sales Operations and Sr. Director of Revenue Intelligence.
  • Work with leaders to drive Globally Consistent (Minimum) Cadence schedule and drive Salesforce hygiene and implementing sales processes.
  • Support Revenue Operations Specialists, when necessary, with field process issues, forecasting challenges, Salesforce issues, booking discrepancies, etc.
  • During close periods closely monitor “to go” deals for the region and ensure deals progress through booking process and work with the field / operations to resolve any issues, ensuring the unit leaders are kept abreast of any issues as they arise.
  • Proactively analyses KPIs such as win-loss, conversions, pipeline generation, source yield, partner-led bookings, cloud-mix, new campaigns and adhoc analysis.
  • Build Excel models and collate data from multiple sources to track key metrics and pipeline visibility to initiatives.

  • Will work on complex issues where analysis of situations and / or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors.
  • Ability to deliver data and insights in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
  • A willingness to learn new software and tools to enable better decision making by sales business partners.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
  • Demonstrates ability to take on projects independently and take feedback from key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree Business, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desirable
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tool utilised for Salesforce, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting etc.
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Advanced level in Excel leveraging PowerBI, advanced formulas, and modelling experience.
  • Proficient PowerPoint skills with experience preparing board level presentation materials.
  • Strong skills and experience building Salesforce dashboards, experience building in Tableau and Tableau CRM within Salesforce a positive.
  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience in sales or revenue operations and systems administration with Salesforce.
  • Determines methods and procedures to solve complex problems, drawing from prior experience.
  • Generally responsible for managing major/complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products across teams.
  • Strong team player with ability to work cross culturally within and across business units. Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$83,850.00 – $174,150.00
