Role Overview
The Associate Director of Sales Operations & Support serves as a key member of the Revenue Operations team, supporting the systems, processes, reporting, and training that enable Genesys Works’ Corporate Partnerships team to operate effectively.
What You Will Do
Maintain data quality, support Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud adoption, develop reporting and dashboards, coordinate training initiatives, and assist with business process improvement efforts across multiple departments.

Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience
- Experience using Salesforce, including reports and dashboards
- Experience supporting business, sales, or program operations
- Experience facilitating training, developing documentation, or supporting change management initiatives
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative problem solver
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Sound judgment
