Genpact is seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant Vice President – Demand Generation to lead and manage a team of demand generation specialists, develop and execute strategies to increase market share, enhance client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Strategy: Continuously improve the operating model methodology for demand generation activities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 demand generation specialists
- Prospect Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Campaign Management: Planning and execution of email and social lead generation campaigns
- Social Selling: Develop and implement social selling strategies across platforms like LinkedIn
- Sales technology stack: Utilize automation tools to deliver campaigns, track performance, and enhance lead nurturing
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and seamless handoff of leads
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on best practices in lead generation and use of tools and technologies
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and lead quality to continuously refine strategies and improve results
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management
