Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Genpact is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to shape the future of work. The role involves leading a FP&A team, yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting, and people management. The ideal candidate has significant accounting experience, a sound knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis domain, and has led a team size of ~20 to 25 people.

Requirements

• B.Com Graduate
• Relevant work experience
• CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Post Graduate / MBA Finance (preferred)
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
