The Role:

We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Manager to define Genuin’s presence in social and manage our platforms – from content creation to engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience creating content for a community-based consumer app, working with the Gen Z audience, and 5+ years of relevant social media strategy, content creation, and content management experience.


  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience. This includes identifying target platforms, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating a content calendar.
  2. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. The content should resonate with the Gen Z audience and align with the brand’s voice and identity.
  3. Community Management: Build and nurture an online community around the Genuin brand. This involves engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions to strengthen brand loyalty and increase engagement.
  4. Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of social media content across different platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and reach. This may involve using social media scheduling tools, analyzing audience behavior and preferences, and adapting content for different channels.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance using various analytics tools. Track key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to guide future strategies and optimizations.
  6. Management of our Social Platforms: Set up and maintain profiles across social channels, post and schedule all content, and manage daily audience engagement, messages, and responses.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and content management.
  2. Experience creating content for a Gen-Z audience.
  3. Experience working with a social network or community-based consumer mobile app and helping grow its audience.
  4. Experience with content creation tools for graphics, light video editing and AI tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  7. Ability to communicate and collaborate with a fully remote team.
