Requirements
- Analyzes and assesses market conditions and implements marketing initiatives.
- Analyzes and prepares sales forecasts and reports.
- Hires, trains, assesses, and evaluates staff performance.
- Coordinates special events, develops marketing tools, and assists the Division Vice President.
- Coordinates with sales force to prepare quotes on competitive situations.
- Evaluates and recommends special discounts.
