NAPA NZ is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow and strengthen customer network groups across NZ, developing and executing strategic customer group plans aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-site trade, network development or large operational environments
  • Strong influencing capability; able to communicate vision and gain buy-in across diverse stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
  • Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding new ways of working
  • Strong industry and technical trade knowledge (trade qualification highly regarded)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions focused
