Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-site trade, network development or large operational environments
- Strong influencing capability; able to communicate vision and gain buy-in across diverse stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
- Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding new ways of working
- Strong industry and technical trade knowledge (trade qualification highly regarded)
- Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions focused
