Repco Authorised Service Business Development Specialist SA/NT: champion RAS member workshops, strengthen partnerships, and power growth of the RAS brand. Salary: Base + Super + Company Car + Incentive scheme.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships within the network & develop tailored solutions to enhance business revenue & profitability.
- Work within a structured and disciplined call cycle, recruit new and assist existing workshop owners to utilise the RAS program resources and develop tailored solutions to enhance their business revenue and profitability and consequently grow Repco’s share of
- Provide ongoing training to RAS members to ensure they are fully conversant with RAS marketing and program resources and coordinate RAS program initiatives on a local level, promoting RAS sales programs within the designated territory and attending or organising events such as sales meetings, Conferences and Training as required.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders across all levels of the Repco business, to ensure RAS sales and growth opportunities are identified and acted upon, ensuring a unified approach to the successful implementation of product, service and pricing solutions that meet our customer’s needs.
