We are looking for a driven and results-oriented German-speaking Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Krakow. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the German-speaking market.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level minimum)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets
- Proficiency in English (working language)
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Krakow, Poland
