As the Associate Product Marketing Manager on the GFiber Customer Marketing team, you will support customer facing Lifecycle and CRM efforts to ensure GFiber customers receive timely, valuable communications across our various marketing platforms.
You will play a key role in executing the program roadmap for our email program and how it is consumed across various channels including operations of the email infrastructure and marketing automation platform.
You’ll work in partnership with our digital, brand and support teams to create best in class communications that inform, educate and bring value to our loyal customers.
