Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Salesforce certifications in Account Engagement / Pardot and Sales Cloud are desirable
- Hands on experience using Salesforce Data Cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills – able to work with incomplete information to design and document effective solutions
- Excellent presentation skills – confident communicating marketing technology plans and progress to a variety of stakeholders
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, and a flexible, resourceful approach to delivering results
- Comfortable managing multiple projects across global time zones in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Empathetic and culturally aware, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Self-motivated and curious, with a strong desire to stay up to date on MarTech and AI trends and best practices
