Join our Marketing & Communications team as a Senior Marketing Intelligence Developer and work with an energetic and high performing team to launch insightful reports, deliver analysis and insights, and develop and enhance the marketing analytics platform.
Requirements
- Around 5-10 years of relevant experience in using analytic platforms in marketing and sales organization.
- Strong background in data analytics, BI development, or ETL/ELT work.
- Solid SQL and SOQL skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user friendly reports and insights
- Ability to teach and train marketers on analytics topics
- Ability to construct and trouble-shoot analytics APIs, custom metrics, formulas and dimensions to ensure accurate reporting and insights
- Experience with any of the following: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, GA4, CRM data, media data or marketing reporting
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, MCI/Datorama (preferred), (TotalConnect, LiteConnect, Data Fusion, DQL, etc)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI)
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and build clear dashboards
- Experience with marketing platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python/JS for automation (optional)
- Knowledge in Salesforce and or Account Engagement/Pardot reporting and dashboarding as well as Salesforce data investigation, analysis, modeling, and integration
