Financial Analyst

GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a unique cultural institution’s FP&A team to support key financial operations during a period of growth. Requirements

• Reconcile revenue across multiple streams, including admissions, memberships, retail, and dining
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to daily financial activity
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assist with capital project analysis and financial evaluations
• Prepare reports, studies, and ad hoc analyses for leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor spending and improve financial performance
