Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support high-volume, transactional sales efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Requirements
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales activity (calls, emails, order processing)
- Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders in internal systems
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and availability
- Support a transactional sales cycle with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activity within CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with quoting, order follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Meet or exceed individual activity and performance metrics
