Sales Development Representative

Ghost Security is building the future of application and API security. Backed by top-tier investors and led by seasoned founders, we’re helping organizations secure complex, cloud-native environments with modern, developer-friendly tools. As we scale our go-to-market efforts, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales motions and drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth.

This is not your average SDR role. You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, research, and automation. Ideal candidates are excited about cybersecurity, eager to experiment with new tools (especially AI), and ready to make an immediate impact on a fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and identify high-value target accounts and key personas
  • Build and execute personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and more
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to align outreach with account pain points and trends
  • Use firmographic, behavioral, and intent data to prioritize outreach
  • Leverage AI and automation platforms to improve personalization and scale
  • Support sales with stakeholder mapping, research, and light enablement materials
  • Track campaign performance and share actionable insights to iterate and improve

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Interest in cybersecurity and an eagerness to learn technical products and buyer personas
  • Comfortable using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Attio
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset — always testing, learning, and iterating

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience at a cybersecurity or devtools company
  • Exposure to open source ecosystems or developer-first products
  • Experience building AI agents or using tools like ChatGPT, etc. for automation
  • Interest in eventually growing into marketing, revops, or strategic sales enablement roles
