Giftogram is a private fintech company based in the New York metropolitan area that empowers businesses to reward their employees. Our product-led growth (PLG) model has allowed us to rapidly expand our customer base across the United States. As we accelerate our growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Leader.

About the Role

The RevOps Leader will play a pivotal role in optimizing and driving the data and strategies for our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. You will oversee sales and CRM data to monitor, analyze, and identify trends, as well as provide insights into our teams’ performance. You will make recommendations and use forecasting to drive sales effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and ensure proper implementation of growth revenue strategies.

As the Revenue Operations Leader, you will be a trusted advisor to department leaders and will support the delivery of OKRs by building and implementing a framework to report, analyze, and measure progress. The Revenue Operations Leader will report to the Chief Operations Officer with a dotted line to the CEO. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 2 days per week onsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the design, development, delivery of pipeline models, metrics, reports, and analysis to drive key business decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for our high volume, high velocity platform
  • Oversee the optimization of CRM (Hubspot) data for accuracy and consistency & create optimal dashboards to share ongoing progress
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and identify trends in sales, customer feedback, market trends, and business processes to optimize revenue, clearly communicate insights through written and verbal channels
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue, streamline the customer lifecycle, and improve operational efficiencies in order to scale and align the business
  • Partner closely with leadership to support sales and marketing strategy initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Continuously monitor data hygiene, and implement and document solutions to meet ongoing business needs

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a PLG SaaS or Fintech company
  • Proven experience in successfully growing and scaling revenue processes leveraging technology and automation
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Statistics; MBA is preferred
  • 10+ years work experience in Revenue / Sales Operations
  • Expert understanding of CRM Systems (Hubspot) and sales automation tools
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This will be a highly visible position in a fast-growing company. We offer a competitive salary+bonus+equity package [For NY applicants – the base compensation package ranges from $115,000-$170,000 + substantial bonus potential + equity potential].
