Senior FP&A Analyst

GKN Aerospace is looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to work close to the business and site management, providing advanced financial analysis, planning, and insight to support decision making and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or similar analytical finance roles, preferably in a complex or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting tools; experience with SAP, Planning Analytics (TM1) and/or OneStream is an advantage.
• Experience working in a global organization and collaborating across functions.
• Comfortable working with complex data and motivated to improve financial processes through automation and smarter use of data.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
