Gladly is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale its revenue engine during a pivotal period. The role involves building and optimizing marketing campaigns in Marketo, building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau, and owning data quality and governance across the GTM stack.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales operations at a B2B tech company
- Hands-on Salesforce experience: reporting, dashboards, workflows, field management
- Curious about AI and automation as practical tools for efficiency
- Working knowledge of Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard development
- Familiarity with common GTM tools: ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, or equivalents
- Comfortable with data: you can QA a report, spot a bad merge, and explain why a number looks off
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organized, self-directed, and energized by managing multiple work-streams
