As the Global Business Development Representative (BDR) Director, you will be accountable for building out and leading the vendor management function within Trustpilot’s commercial team globally.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in vendor management, supplier relationship management, or a similar commercial role, with a significant focus on external service providers.
Demonstrable experience managing commercial vendors for a range of sales and commercial activities is essential. This includes, but is not limited to, lead generation, sales development (SDR/BDR), telemarketing, customer support for commercial queries, or other revenue-generating or supporting functions.

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex contracts and commercial agreements for performance-based outcomes.
