As a Global Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the global commercial strategy of a growing product portfolio in the field of human medicine and driving the market entry and expansion of new solutions in the IVF area.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in international sales or business development in the fields of MedTech, IVD, or Life Sciences
- Solid understanding of markets for medical products and distribution-oriented structures
- Experience in reproductive medicine, IVF, andrology, or laboratory diagnostics is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop markets, build partnerships, and negotiate commercial agreements internationally
- Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to build structures and develop new markets
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and confidence in dealing with global stakeholders
- Willingness to engage in international travel (approximately 50%)
- Very good English skills; German is a significant advantage
