What you’ll be doing
- Analyze and optimize DealHub’s go-to-market engine to drive productivity and generate insights through deep and scalable analytics.
- Own, manage, and enforce CRM compliance based on changing business needs.
- Coordinate global forecasting cadence, processes, and dashboards, identifying key opportunities and risks.
- Develop, execute, and scale cross-functional processes that enable the sales organization to operate effectively and exceed business goals.
- Produce and maintain reports and dashboards to measure key metrics including pipeline health, lead conversion, quota attainment, and opportunity management.
- Assist Sales Leaders with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with RevOps and other GTM teams to develop metrics and KPI dashboards.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Sales Strategy / Sales Operations / Revenue Operations role with demonstrated cross-functional and business partner collaboration experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, with experience in building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, passionate about data and extracting insights from numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible team player willing to jump in and support where needed.
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Exceptional program and project management skills.
