We are seeking a Global Sales Operations Lead to join our fast-growing team and help define our Sales Operations strategy, build scalable processes, and optimize complex data sets to generate strategic insights that drive revenue growth and field productivity. This person will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute on our GTM operating cadence and enforce accountability with cross-functional teams
- Build scalable and accurate reporting to represent business performance and guide critical decisions
- Own global forecasting and pipeline management while working closely with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure accuracy across dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
- Support go-to-market design and coverage strategies with underlying data models and capacity plans
- Travel occasionally for team and company offsites
What we look for:
- 5+ years of Sales/Marketing/GTM Operations or Strategy experience in high-growth SaaS companies
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com, advanced analytical skills in Excel and Google Sheets, and BI/visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
