We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Operations Lead to drive sales performance and operational excellence across our international business units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales productivity and process efficiency.
- Leading the development and implementation of data-driven sales strategies.
- Managing global sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and reporting frameworks.
- Partnering with regional Sales Ops and GTM Strategy teams to ensure regional performance is optimized.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience across Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Deal Desk in fast-growth Enterprise SaaS environments.
- 2+ years of international experience in a sales or sales operations role at a multinational company is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Excel/GSheets, and SQL required.
