GSD is seeking a Senior Manager of Caribbean Partnerships to cultivate vital relationships and drive resilience through rapid disaster response and climate adaptation. The position is full-time, on-site, and located at HQ in Charlotte, N.C. with frequent travel requirements.
Requirements
- Eight (8) or more years experience operating in support of the Caribbean context with demonstrated experience in disaster preparedness and rapid response
- Five (5) or more years of relevant management experience in partner/stakeholder management and communication and/or engagement, preferably in the humanitarian sector or emergency management
- Proven experience developing relationships and teams
