Role Overview
As a Assistant Manager- Outbound Sales, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with high-potential D2C merchants by helping them access financing solutions that fuel business growth.
What You Will Do
Build and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire mid-market D2C brands and eCommerce merchants. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand merchant business models, cash flow cycles, advertising investments, revenue patterns, and funding requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, consultative sales, enterprise or mid-market account management
- Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, merchant lending, payments, adtech, or the D2C ecosystem is preferred
- Strong understanding of merchant cash flows, unit economics, customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROAS, and growth marketing fundamentals
- Proven ability to sell financial products and build credibility with founders, business owners, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; MBA is preferred
