Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help D2C merchants access capital to grow their business. You’ll engage with founders and business owners, understand their financing requirements, and guide them through the lending journey.
What You Will Do
Identify and engage D2C merchants, understand their working capital requirements, educate them on lending products, and guide them through the application journey.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, fintech sales, merchant acquisition, NBFC lending, payments, or B2B financial products
- Experience working with D2C brands, MSMEs, eCommerce sellers, or digital-first businesses
- Prior exposure to lending, business loans, or credit products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Strong understanding of D2C business models, merchant cash flows, and working capital requirements
- Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and structured pipeline management
- Fluent in English, with working proficiency in Hindi preferred
