Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive strategic growth by partnering with high-value D2C brands and enterprise merchants. You’ll work closely with founders, finance leaders, and business decision-makers to understand their funding requirements and provide tailored lending solutions that help accelerate growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy for merchant lending, identify and acquire enterprise merchants, and build long-term relationships with founders and senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, fintech, merchant acquisition, payments, or business lending
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and closing high-value, consultative sales engagements
- Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem, merchant economics, business lending, and working capital solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
