We are looking for a senior strategic and operational consultant to ensure continuity and leadership of marketing, sales, innovation, and growth initiatives during a maternity leave. The person will work under the direction, in close collaboration with internal teams and partners, to drive strategic projects, product launches, commercial initiatives, and global brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, growth, or brand development
- Significant experience in SMEs in high growth or startup environments
- Experience in CPG, food, beverage, or retail sectors
- Expertise in 360 marketing strategies and budget management, product launches, and brand positioning, e-commerce (DTC, performance, Shopify), and retail and market launch
- Proficiency in ERP (advanced), Excel (advanced), Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing agencies and cross-functional projects
- Experience in team management and leadership
