Role Overview:
We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist who can define and execute market strategies for Auxiliobits’ AI and automation offerings. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a doer — capable of conceptualizing market approaches, creating positioning frameworks, and translating them into impactful campaigns, sales playbooks, and execution plans.
This role bridges marketing, sales, and product delivery — ensuring that Auxiliobits’ solutions are positioned effectively in the market and drive qualified opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Ownership
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AI and automation services across key regions (U.S., India, UAE).
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles), segmentation, and buyer personas across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and finance.
- Craft compelling value propositions and positioning statements aligned to business pain points.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and launch new offerings, campaigns, and thought-leadership initiatives.
Execution & Enablement
- Design and drive integrated GTM campaigns including webinars, content marketing, paid outreach, and industry events.
- Develop sales enablement assets – pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators.
- Partner with the sales team to convert GTM insights into targeted outreach plans and lead nurturing workflows.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and GTM success metrics.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct continuous research on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and recommend new GTM plays or service focus areas.
- Support leadership in quarterly strategy reviews with insights and analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, product marketing, or GTM strategy.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, or SaaS ecosystems.
- Proven ability to drive strategic GTM programs from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience working with or selling RPA / AI / cloud-based solutions preferred.
