About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Strategist with a strong background in marketing, entertainment, and media to lead the launch of our concept-based video projects. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to successfully position, promote, and scale our video content in target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy for concept-based video content, aligning with business goals and brand vision.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign direction.
• Collaborate with content creators, production teams, and marketing to ensure effective storytelling and positioning.
• Design and execute multi-channel distribution strategies (digital platforms, social media, OTT, partnerships, etc.).
• Establish and manage partnerships with media houses, influencers, and distribution platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI and engagement.
• Provide leadership and insights on branding, messaging, and audience monetization models.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand strategy, ideally within entertainment, media, or digital content domains.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful GTM campaigns for content-driven products.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in entertainment/media and current digital content trends.
• Expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content distribution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience with video content launches (films, web series, short videos, OTT projects, or branded content).
• Network of industry contacts across media houses, OTT platforms, and influencer networks.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven marketing tools (analytics platforms, campaign management tools, CRM).
