Manager, GTM Field Operations – Revenue Architecture

Gong is looking for a Field Operations Manager to partner with Solutions leadership to define strategy and execute it. The role will involve operational strategy, capacity planning, business partnering, operational excellence, and analytics.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics roles
• 1-2 years of specific experience supporting a Sales or Technical Sales organization (SaaS experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
