Gong is seeking a Senior People Operations Transformation Manager to lead the redesign of core People workflows and implement streamlined, tech-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, Systems, or Process Optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, Systems, or Process Optimization
• Direct experience designing global HR processes at scale
• Proficiency in business process mapping tools and the ability to translate complex logic into visual diagrams
• Deep experience with Workday and the ability to understand the HR/People technology landscape
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder engagement capability
• Curious, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology to innovate People programs and operations
