We’re on the lookout for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support our Revenue team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we make smart technical investments — driving visibility, alignment and great execution.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility, collaborative role. You’ll sit within our Technical Program Management team and partner closely with our Go-To-Market Systems team and our Revenue organization: Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy and Operations, Pre-sales, Post-sales, and Revenue Enablement teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive cross-functional planning for our Revenue technical roadmap, ensuring alignment and prioritization across stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives and ensure strong execution within scope, budget, and timelines
- Lead technical intake, discovery and scoping processes
- Work closely with business partners to define needs and translate these into clear technical requirements
- Build strong feedback loops with stakeholders across Revenue and Go-To-Market Systems teams
- Support change management and training efforts
- Partner with Revenue stakeholders to quantify and measure initiative impact
- Continuously improve how we work together cross-functionally (e.g. communication, documentation, dashboards)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program management or consulting
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies across Revenue and/or Go-To-Market Systems domains
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with system & process change management
- Excellent stakeholder & collaboration skills with a strong customer service mindset
- Comfort managing ambiguity and solving new problems in a fast-paced environment
