GoodRx is seeking a CRM Marketing Automation Developer to execute email, push, in-app and SMS communications to support CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to design, develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Requirements
- Build multi-channel (email, push, in-app, SMS) campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, campaign developers and cross-functional partners to bring customer experience journeys to life.
- Follow a CRM production schedule to ensure that campaign launch timelines are being met.
- Perform quality assurance on every campaign to ensure that campaigns are executed error free and that the user experience is optimal.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for issues with campaigns or audience/segmentation used in campaigns.
- Run campaign experiments designed to impact key metrics.
- Assist in user training and actively promote team’s user adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop technical expertise in all of our campaign and CRM related tools through daily usage and ongoing training.
- Stay up to date with the rapidly changing Salesforce ecosystem.
